BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BRO�KINGS� SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. Tha,t the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings� County of Brookings� State of South Dakota� described
as follows� to-wit: Lots 5 through 10 inclusive� Block 6� Folsom
Addition to the City of Brookings� Brookings County� South Dakota�
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from
I^1 Light Industry to Residence R-3A Multiple Family and Mobile
Home as said districts are more flilly set forth and described in
Articles III� IV and Vi of Ordinance No. �15-Appendix A of the
City of Brookings� South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and cha.nged in accord-
ance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715-Appendix A� as
amended� and 1967 SDC L-Chapter 11-4.
Seetion 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed.
