BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS� SOI�H DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the Citp of
Brookings� County of Brookings� StatP �f South Dakota� described
as follows� to-wit : Lots 1 through �- incl�zsive� Block 8� Ma,thew's

be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from

Seetion 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
deseribed be and the same is hereby altered a nd changed in accord-
ance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. �15-Appendix A� as
amended� and 1967 SDC L-Chapter 11-4.
Section 3. All sections and ordinanees in conflict herewith
are repealed.
