, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of Brookings,
County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described as follows, to-wit:
Blocks 2 and 3 Robert's Second Addition; Lots l, 2. and 3 of Outlot A,
and the remainder of Outlot A; and all of Outlot B; and all of Weichsel
Addition except the West 235 feet thereof, City of Brookings, Brookings
County, South Dakota,
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from I-1 Light
Industry to Residence R-3A Multiple Family and Mobile Home as said
districts are more fully set forth and described in Articles III, IV
and VI of Ordinance No. 715-Appendix A of the City of Brookings, South
Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore described
be and the saune is hereby altered and changed in accordance herewith
pursuant to said Ordinance No, 715-Appendix A, as amended, and 196�
SDCL-Chapter 11-4.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are
repealed.
