Section 32�- 5 . Operation on private property restricted.
(b) The opera�tion of snowmobiles on private prope:rty`within

Section 32a-6. Regulation of operation generally.
(a) No person shall operate a snowmobile in the City of Brook-
ings in a careless , reckless or negligent manner so as to
endanger the safety of any person or the proper�y of ariy
person.
(b) No person shall opexate a snowmobile in this City wi:t�out :
first having such snowmobile registered and licensed in
accordance with state Taw. ` �
(c) No person shall operate a snowmobile on any city street or
upon any pubiic property owned by the City �unless he shall
have a valid driver ' s license on his person.

Section 32'�- 7. Eguipment req�uired.
(a) Mufflers which are properly attached and which reduce� the � �
engine noise of the vehicle to the minimum noise nec.�ssary: �

(b) Adequate brakes in good working condition. � " :;;,
