ORDIRiANCE� 1�0. 3- 75
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS� SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City
of Brookings� County of Brookings� State of South Dakota�
described as follows� to-wit: All of Anderson's Addition�
City of Brookings� Brookings County� South Dako�a�
be and the same is hereby re-zoaed ar�d reclassiPied from
I-1 Light Industry to Residence R-3 Multiple Family and Apart-
ment as said districts are more fully set forth and described
in Articles III� IV and VI of Ordinance No. 7�1.��.-Appendia A of
the City of Brookings� South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinan�e No. �15-
Appendix A� as amended� and 1967 SDCI,-Chapter 11-4.
Section 3. All sectioas and ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed.

NOTICE IS I�REBY GIVEN That at the regular meeting of the
Board of Commissioners of the City of Brookings� South Dakota�
to be held at 2 :00 o'clock P.M. � on Tu�sday� February 4� 1975�
in the Commission Room in the Fire and Police Building in said
City� there will be brought up for consideration and adoption
with or without ameadments or revision an Ordinance proposing
to amend the 1970 Revised Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Brookings� by re-zoning the property described as: All of
Anderson's Addition� City of Brookings� Brookings County�
South Dakota� from a class I-1 district to a class R�3 dis-
trict� at whieh time and place all persons interested will be
gisen a full� fair and complete hearing ther�on.
