AN ORDINANCE AMENDING �CTION 540 OF ,ARTICLE V OF
ORDINANCE N0. 520 OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS PROVIDING FOR
USES BY SPECIAL EXCEPTION IN A BUSINESS B-3 HFAVY ZONED
DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA:
I . That Section 540 of Article V of Ordinance No. 520 of the
City of Brookings , South Dakota, be and the same is hereby
amended by addition to read as follows , to-wit:
Section 544. Uses allowed as s ecial exce tions b the
Board of djustment .
.'I Assesmbling and packaging, freight handling, light
manufacturing, storage and warehousing and operations
similar to the foregoing provided that all operations,
equipment and materials storage are within a completely
enclosed structure.
II. That any and all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
