CODE. .

tion and maintenance of buildings and structures; inclucli�lg- ,
- permits and penalties, that certain bur�lding eode known as=the�
"Uniform Building Code, 1973 Edition, " pubiished �`the,�,-
ternational Conference of Building Officials, save and: e�cCep'C ., , �
sueh portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified t�r ameaded,
of which not less than three (3) copies have been and now ��
are filed in the office of the city auditor and the same is
hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at �

ORDINANCE ADO�TZNG THE 1973 UNI�ORM BUILDING CODE
�OR THE CITY OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Ordinance No . 13-74 , being an
Ordinance adopting the 1973 Building Code , which amended Section
10-17 of the Revised Ordinances , af the City of Brookings was
duly adopted by the City Commission of the City ``of Brookings on
the lOth day of September , 1974 . .
