ORDINANCE. IdO. ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY TAE CITY OF BROOKIN�S� SOIITH DAKOTA:
Section l. That the real estate situated in the City
of Brookings� County of Brookings� State of South Dakota�
described as follows� to-wit : Lots 3 and 14� Block 4� and
I�ot 3� Block 5� Peterson's Second Addition
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from
a Residence R-2 Two-Family to Business B-2 F'ringe as said
Districtg are more fully set forth and described in Articles
III IV� and V of Ordinance No. ?15-Appendix A of the City
of �rookings� South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered a nd changed in
accordance herewith pursuan� to said Ordinance No. 715-
Appendix A� as amended� and 196� SDCL-Chapter 11-4.
Section 3. A1.1 sections and ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed.
First Reading: August 20 , 1974
Second Reading: September 3 , 1974
