QRDINANCE N0. 11-74
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS� SOUTH DAKOTAs
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City
of Brookings� County of Brookings� State of South Dakota�
described as follows� to wit : the south ?27.3 feet of the
east 428 feet of the SE� of the SE� of Section 26� T110�
R-50
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from
a Residence R-1B Single Family to Residence R-3 Multiple
Familg and Apartment as said districts are more fl�lly set
forth and described in Articles III and IV of Ordinance No.
�15-Appendix A of the City of Brookings� South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the sa.me is hereby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. �15-
Appendix A� as amended� and 1967 SDC7�-Chapter 11-4.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed.
First Reading : A�zgust 20, 1974.
Second Reading: September 3 , 1974.
