BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C� BROOKINGS� SODTH DAKOTAs
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings� County of Brookings� State of South Dakota� deseribed
as follows� to-wit: Outlot A of the NW� of SW� Section 30
Twp. 110N� R49 W of the 5th P.M. � Brookings Cotulty� Sonth �akcta�
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from
Residenee R-lA Single Family District t,o Business B-2A Professional
Office District as said di.stricts are more ftiilly set forth an8
described in Articles III� N & V of Ordinance No. �15-Appendix A
of the City of Brookings� South Dakota.
Seetion 2. The permitted use of the propertp heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in
a�cordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinanee No. �15-Appendix
A� as amended� and 1967 SDC L-Chapter 11-4.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in coafliet here-
with are repealed.
