ORDINANCE N0. 6- 4
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS� SOIITH DAKtJTA:
Section 1 . That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings� County of Brookings State of Sou�h Dakota deseribed
as follows� to-wit: Block 7� �olsom Addition to the C�ty oP
Brookings� Cour�ty of Brookings� State of South Dakota�
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified tr�m
Industrial I-1 ?�ight Distriet to Resid�nee R-3A Multiple 'FamilT
and Mobile Home Distriet as said districts are aere flilly set �
forth and described in Articles III N & VI of Urdi�ance Nc.
715-Appendix A of the Cit� of Brook�ngs� South Dakota.
Section 2. Th� permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. �15-.�ppeadix
A� as amended� and 1967 SDC L-Chapter 11-4.
Section 3. All sections and ordin�ces in conflict here-
with are repealed.
