BE IT ORDAII+�D BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS� SOLTPH DAKO'PA:
Section 1 . That the real estate situated in the City of
Bro�kings� Couaty of Brookings� State of South Dakota� d�scrib��d
as follows� to-wit: Lots 23 and 24 in College Addition to the
City of Brookings� Countp of Brookings� State of �outh Dakota�
be and the same is herebp re-zoned and reclassified from
Residence R-2 Two Familg District to BusiBess B-2 Fringe as said
distriets are more fully set forth and described in Articlea III�
IV & V of Ordinanee No. 715-Appendiz A of the City of Brookings�
South Dakota. . �
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore �
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuan� to said Ordinance No. �1 �-Appendix
A� as amended� and 196� SDCI,-Chapter 11-4.
