Section l. Tha,t the real estate situated in the City
of Brookings� County of Brookings� State of South Dakota
described as follows� to-wit : South 724' of E�� SW�� SE��
r Section 24� Township 110N� R50W
b� and the �ame is hereby re-�oned and reclassffied from
a Residenee R-3 Multiple-Family and Apartment to Business B-2
Fringe as said distriets are more fullq set forth and des-
cri�ed in Articles III IV� and V of Ordinance No. �15-Appeadix
A of the City of Brook�ngs� South Dakota.
5ection 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordina.nce No. �15-
Appendix A� as amended� and 1967 SDCL-Chapter 11-4.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed.
