AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 5-20 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA PERTAINING TO AREA LIMITATIONS
FOR LICENSES TO SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 5-20 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Brookings ,
South Dakota, be and the same is hereby repealed.
Initiated and filed: August 14 , 1973 .
Adopted: August 21 , 1973.
