BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROO�INGS� SODTH DAROTI:
Section 1 . That the real estate situated in the City
of Brookings� Couaty of Brookings� State of South Dakota�
described as follows�- to-xit: I.ots One (1 ) and Two (2) of
Bloek Three E3) of Mayland 's Addition to the City of Brookings
as sho�rn on the pr.eliminarq plat of said property dated June 1�L�
1973,
be and the same is hereby re-zoned aad reclassified from
a Residential R-1A Single Family District tm Business B-2A
Professional Office District as said districts are �qc,�e tl�illy
set fcrth and described in Articles III IV arld V o� Ordiaaace
No. 715-Appendix A� as amended� and 196�I SDOL-Chapter 11-4.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict here-
with are repealed.
