AN ORDIl'�T�NCE PROVIDING FOR RULES and REGULATIONS
FOR OPERATION OF THE BROOKINGS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, AND
PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF.
BE IT �ES�VED B'Y' T�� GOV�RNING BODY OF THE CITY
OF BROOKINGS, 90UTH DAKOTA:
L That Chapter 4 of the Revised Ordinances of the
City of Brookings be and the same is hereby amended
by additian a� follows:
Sectioii 4-33.' Airport Rules and Regulations..
The Airport Board shall have authority to
promulgate and adopt from time to time, such rules
and regulations as they shall deem necessary for the
operation, maintenance, and control of the Brookings
Municipal Airport, said rules or regulations being
subject to the approval of the City Commission and to
become effective upon said approval. :-' �
It shall be unlawful for any person to violate rules
and regulations adopted by the Airport Board and app�roved
by the City Commission. A violation thereof shall con�
stitute a misdemeanor,
II. That any and all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
re�ealed.
