ORDINANCE N0. ��73
BE IT ORDA INED BY THE C ITY OF BRO OKINGS� SOUTH DAK OTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings� County of Brookings State of South Dakota� described
as follows : South 20 rods of �he NE� Section 22 T-110N� R50W
with the following exceptions : Outlot 3� Block �l of Moriarty
Second Addition and Lot H-1, �lso that portion of the NE�
Section 22� T-110N� R-50W adjacent to U.S. Highway 14 diagonal
City route and described as block 2� ?� 4� & 5 Moriarty Second
Addition� except the South 20 rods of Block 2 and 5� on the
preliminary plat approved February 16� 1971� by the Planning
Commission,
be and the sa.me is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a
class R-lA district to a class I-1R district as said districts
are more fully set forth and described in Articles III� IV and
VI of Ordinance No. 715-Appendix A of the City of Brookings�
South Dakota.
Also that portion of the NE4 Section 22� T-110N? R-50W�
described as Block 6� '7� 8� 9 of Moriarty Second Addition on
the Preliminary of Moriarty Second Addition approved by the
Plan,ning Commission of February 16� 1971
be and the saxne is hereby rezoned anc7 reclassified from a
class R-lA district to a class I-1 district as said districts
are more fully set forth and described in Articles III� IV and
VI of Ordinance No. 715-Appendix A of the City of Brookings�
South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715-A�pendix A�
as amended� and 1967 SDCL-Chapter 11-4.
Section �. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed.�
