ORDINANCE N0. 5-73
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS� SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1 . That the real estate situated in the City
of Brookings� County of Brookings State of South Dakota�
described as follows� to-wit : Ou�lot 19� except Lot H-1 �
in the NW4 of Section 23� T110 N� R50� W of the 5th P.M.
be an d the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified
from a Business B-3 Heavy District to Residence R-1A Single
Family District as said districts are more fully set forth
and described in Articles III� IV and V of Ordinance No. 715
-Appendix A of the City of Brool�ings� South Dakota.
Section 2. The �ermitted use of the property heretofore
de�cribed be and the same is hereby altered and. changed in
accordar_ce herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715-
Appendix A� as amended� an d 1967 SDCL-Chapter 11 -4.
Section 3. All sections and ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed.
