ORDINANCE N0. 4-73
AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE SUPPLEMENTING THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AS MADE FOR THE YEAR 1973 BY ORDINANCE N0.
732 AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF APPROPRIATING FUNDS RECEIVED FROM REVENUE
SHARING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1 . Whereas , by the Annual Appropriation Ordinance for
the year 1973 , Ordinance No . 732 appropriating revenue for operation
of the municipal government for the year 1973 , revenue received from
Revenue Sharing was not appropriated.
Section 2 . There is hereby appropiiated for use for the follow-
ing projects or equipment :

Storm Sewer Project . . . . . . . . . . . . . 17 ,500
Fire Department Project . . . . . . . . . . . 14 ,000
Equalization Project . . . . . . . . . . . . . 8 ,000
Landfill Equipment . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 5 ,000
$77 ,500
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
First Reading : January 30 , 1973 .
Second Reading , passed and approved : February 6 , 1973 .
