BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS� SOUTH DAKOTA
Section 1 . That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings! County of Brookings, State of South Dakota� described
as follows� to-wit: Outlot D to the City of Brookings, South
Dakot a (commonly referred to as 1302 Sixth Street).
be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified from a
Residence R-2 Two Family District to B-2A Professional Offiee
District as said Districts are more fully set forth and described
in Articles III� IV and V of Ordinance No. �15-Appendix A of the
City of Brookings� South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in
accordanee herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. �15-Appendix
A� as amended� and 196� SDC L-Chapter 11 -�+.
Section 3 . A11 sections an d ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed.

NOTICE OF ZONING I�iEEARING
Notice is hereby given that at the regular meeting of
the Board of Commissioners of the City of Brookings� South
Dakota� to be held at 2 :00 o 'clock P.M. � on Tuesday� January
30 1973 , in the Commission Room of the Fire an d Police
Bu�lding in said City� there will be brought up for consider-
ation and adoption with or without amendments or revision an
Ordinance proposing to amend t3�e 1970 Revised Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Brookings � bg re-zoning the property described
as : Outlot D to the City of Brookings� Brookings County,
South Dakota (commonly referred to as 1302 Sixth Street) from
a class R-2 district to a class H-2A district� at which time
and place all persons interested will be given a full, fair
and complete hearing thereon.
