BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOK�NGS, 30UT�i DAKOTA:
Section 1 . That the real estate situatQd in ..the City of .
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South �wakota, described
as follows, to-wit: that portion of the 5� N� of SE% Sec.
22-110-50 west of U. S. Highway 14, and that portion of the S%
SE% Sec. 22-110-50 west of U. S. Highway 14, except O.L. 1 ,
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from
Residence R-lA Single Family to Industrial I-1 Light district.
as said districts are more fully sei� forth and described in
Articles III, IV and VI of Ordinance No. 715-Appendix A of the
City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715-Appendix
A, as amended, and 1967 SDCL-Chapter 11-4.
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed.

NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That at the regular meeting of the
Board of Commissioners of the City of Brookings, South Dakota,
to be held at 2 :00 o 'clock P.M. on Monday, December 31, ];979,
in the Commission Room in the Fire and Police Building in said
City, there will be brought up for consideration and adoption
with or without amendments or revision an Ordinance proposing
to amend the 1970 Revised Zoning Ordinance of the Ci�y of Hrook-
ings, by re-zoning the property described as that portion of
the S Z N z of SE 4 Sec. 22-110-50 west of U.S. Highway 14, and
that portion of the S% SE% Sec. 22-110-50 west of U.S. Highway
14 except O.L. 1, Brookings County, South Dakota, from a class,

Residence R-lA Single Family zone to an Industrial I-1 Light
zone, in accordance with section 780 of Article VII of Appendix
A-Zoning of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota,
at which time and place all persons interested will be given a
