� ORDINANCE NO. 11-79
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1 . That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, 5tate of South Dakota, described
as follows, to-wit: West 104 feet of the East 204 feet in Block -
one of Avery Addition
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from
Residence R-2 Two Family to Business B-2A Professional Office
in accordance with Section 780 of Article VII of Appendix A-
Zoning of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings, South Dakota, as
said districts are more fully set forth and described in Articles
III, IV and V of Ordinance No. 715-Appendix A of the City of
Brookings, 5outh Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofor;e
described be and the same is hereb�!.a�-`��ered, and ch•ang�d. .in; a�cord-
ance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715-Appendix A of
the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 3 . Al1 sections and ordinances� in cbnflict .��i`erewith
