� ORDINANCE N0 . 1-79
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA :
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, C�ottnty of Brookings , State of South Dakota , described
as foll�ws , tc��-wit': Lot IA, 1►�2ayland 's Addition,
be and the same is .hereby re-zoned and reclassified fxom
Business B-4 Highw�p to �usiness B-2A Professional Office as said
districts are more �"fully set forth and described in Articles III
and V of Ordinance No . 715-Appendix A , of the City of Brookings ,
South Dakot"a . "'
Section 2.4 The �ermitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in �ccord-
ance hexev�ith pur��zant ; to :said` Ordinance No . 715-Appendix A, as
amended",, and 196'7• SDCL-�h�pte� 1-1-1�.
Section 3 : � A�l sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
