AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-51 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES

OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA , PERTAINING TO FEES FOR DOG LICENSES .
BE IT ORD.�INED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS ,
SOUTH DAKOTA :
That Section 7-51 of the Revised Ordinances of Brookings ,
South Dakota, be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows , to-wit :
Section 7-51. Fee .
Before any license shall be issued under the provisions
of this division, the applicant shall pay to the City
Finance Officer a fee for each dog to be licensed. The
annual fee for such a license shall be $$.00 for unspayed
or unneutered dogs and $3 .00 for spayed or neutered dogs .
' Any ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repeal�d.
