ORDINANCE NO . 22-7$ - '
AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE SUPPLEMENTING THE
ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AS MADE FOR THE YEAR 197$ BY
ORDINANCE N0 . 15-77 AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PRO�IDING FOR ADDI-
TIONAL FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE CITY", AND DECLARING AN ;
EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA :
Section l. Whereas , by the Annual Appropriation for the�
year 197$, Ordinance No . 15-77 appropriating revenue for the oper-
ation of the mur��ci'pal governm��t f.or the year 197$, sufficient •
revenue was not provided to enable the municipality to conduet the
indispensable functions of government of said City in tY�at , appr.o-
priations were not S�if�'��i�nt for the City Attorney.
