ORDINANCE N0 . 20-7$
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA :
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the Gity of
Brookings , County of Brookings , State of South Dakota, described
as follows , to-wit : the West 20$.72 feet of the East 45�.44 feet :
of the South 112$.04 �'eet of the North 16$9.$4 feet of the NW'� of
Sec . 35 , T110N, R50W of the 5th P.M. ,
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from
Residence R-3 Multiple Family and Apartment to Business B-3 Heavy �
as said districts are more fully set forth and described in
Articles III, IV and V of Ordinance No . 715-Appendix A , of the
City of Brookings , South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore . .
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accord-
ance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No . 715-Appendix A , as
amended , and 1967 SDCL-Chapter 11-4.
Section 3 . Al1 sections and ordinances in conflict herewith "
are repealed . -
