ORDINANCE NO . 11-78 �
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA : '
Section l. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings , County of Brookings , State of South Dakota , described
as follows , to-wit : Block one in the Fairgrounds Addition,
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from a
Residence R-1B Single Family to Residence R-3 Multiple Fami�y and
Apartment , in accordance with Section 7$0 of Article VII of
Appendix A-Zoning of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings , South
Dakota , as said districts are more fully set forth and "described
in Articles III and IV of Ordinance No . 715-Appendix A of the City
of Brookings, South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accord-
ance hereWith, pi�r.-suant �o ;said ,`O�dinance No . 715-Appendix A of the
City of Brookings , South Dakota.
Section 3 . ,All �s��tio�s and ordinances in conflic� herewith
are repealed. , '
