ORDINANCE N0 . 2-78 ' '
BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CIT Y OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA :
Section l. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings , County of Brookings , State of South Dakota, descr_ibed
as follows , to-wit : Lot 10, Auto Park Addition, be and the s.am+e
is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from a Business B-2A Professional
Office to a class Business B-2 Fringe, and the East 250 feet .of Lot
9, Auto Park Addition, be and the same is hereby re-zoned and re-
classified from a Residence R-3 Multiple Family and Apartmerit district
to a Business B-2 Fringe district . Lot 10 and the East 250 feet of
Lot 9 are according to the original preliminary plat of Auto Park
Addition approved April 9, 197t�. (On January 10, 197$, this sub-
division was revised and renamed to be known as Southbrook Ad,d�it��n. )
These di�tricts �re more fully �et forth �nd described in Art3cles
III, IV �nd V of Ordin�nce No . .715-Appendix A, of the City of Bz�ookings ,.
South Dakota . �
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
e�escribed be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accord-
ance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No . 715-Appendix A of the
City of Brookings , South Dakota.
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in confliet ;�;errewitn
are repealed.

without amendments or revision an Ordinance proposing to amend
the 1970 Revised Zoning Ordinance of the City of Brookings , by
re-zoning the property described as Lot 10, from a class Business
B-2A Professional 0{�ice to a class Business B-2 Fringe, and t�e
East 250 feet of Lot 9, from a class Residence R-3 Multiple Family
and Apartment to a class Business B-2 Fringe . Both lots are
according to the original preliminary plat of Auto Park Addition
approved April 9, 197t�, City of Brookin�s , South .Dakota. A't this
time and place all persons interested will be given a full, fa�.r
and complete hearing thereon.
