ORDINANCE N0. 29-��
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 530 OF ARTICLE V OF ORDINANCE N0. 520,
BEING THE 1966 ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH
DAKOTA, PROVIDING FOR AND ENTITLED "PERMITTED USES" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
I That Section 530 of Article V of Ordinance No. 520, being the
1966 Zoning Ordinance of the City of Brookings, South Dakota,
be and the sam.e is hereby amended by addition to read as fol-
lows, to-wit:
Section 531.4 Professional Prescription Pharmacy (this
includes only prescriptions and related health
care products, as opposed to a general retai3
drugstore operation) .
II That any and all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed.
