ORDINANCE N0 . 27-��
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIT Y OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA : �
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings , County of Brookings , State of South Dakota , described
as follows , to-wit : Block 5 of Mayland 's First Addition,
be and the same i� hereby re-zoned and reclassified from a
Residence R-3 Multiple Family district to a Business B-2A
Professional Office district as said districts are more ft�lly set
forth and described in Articles III , IV and V of Ordinance No .
'�15-Appendix A of the City of Brookings , ` South Dakota .
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accord-
ance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No . 715-Appendix A of
the City of Brookings , South Dakota .
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in conflict her`ewith
axe repealed.
