' BE ' I'I' ORDAYNED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA :
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings , County of Brookings , State of South Dakota , described `' �
as follows , to-wit : The East 221.1� feet of Outlot ttBT1 of the W2
of the NW�, of Sec . 30-110-/�9, west of the 5th P.M. ,
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from `
Residence R-1B Single Family to Business B-2A Professional Office
district as said districts are more fully set forth and described
in Articles III, N and V of Ordinance No . 715-Appendix A , of the
City of Brookings , South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore ,
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in acc+ord-
ance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No . 715-Appendix A , as
amended, and 1g67 SDCL-Chapter 11-4. •
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed.
