SECTTON 111 . ,pISPLAY OF ADULT READING MATERTALS TO MTNORS
UNLAWFUL.
It shall be unlawful for any person to
display or exhibit for sale ,in any publ}c. place '
any magazine , book, or newsprint displaying or
containing obscene material or material harmful
to minors unless said magazine, book or newsprint
is wrapped or covered, so that any obscene- mater-
ial or material harmful to minors is not exposed
and that no obscene material or material harmful
to minors contained in said magazine, book or
newsprint can be viewed or examined wit�put break-
ing the. seal , wrapping or covering.
Sbction IV. DISPLAY TO ADULTS NOT PROHIBITED.
Nothing in this Ordinance shall be construed
to prohibit the exhibition or distributi;�r� of
magazines , books or newsprints containing obscene
material or material harmful to minors Car adults.
Section V. EXCEPTIONS.
The provisions of this Ordinance sha�.l not :
apply to any establishmen� or portion thereof
which prohibits the entry of any person under
eighteen (18) years of age and which has po���d

Section VI; DECLAR.A,TION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE.
In a.ddition to the penalti,es provided fox
violation of ordinance, the conduct deseribed in
this Ordinance is hereby declared to be a public
nuisance and may be abated by the City.
