ORDINANCE N0 . 18'�� �
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA :
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of'
Brookings , County of Brookings , State of South Dakota, described
as follows , to-wit : Lot 2 of Block 1 of Telkamp Addition in the
SW�, of Sec . 19-110-1�9,
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from
Residence R-lA Single Family to Residence R-3 Mizltiple Family and
Apartment distric�t as said districts are more fully set forth and
described in Articles III and IV of Ordinance No . 715-Appendix A
of the City of Brookings, South Dakota..
Section 2. The permitted use of the propert�r heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered anc�. c�ia��ed in accord-
ance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance Nq. 715-Aip,�eridix A, as
amended, and 196'7 SDCL-Chapter 11-�:. �
