BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKING� , SOUTH� DA�(�'A r,
Section 1. That the real estate situated .in the City of `��
Brookings , County of Brookings , State of South Dakota, :described
as follows , to-wit : the N 2g$ .1� feet of the �1 690.$ feet of
Outlot A of the SE� of Sec . 35-110-50, , �
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from '
Residence R-lA Single Family to Business B-2 Fringe diStrict as
said districts are more fully set forth 'and descril�ed°� a.n Articles
III, IV and V of Ordinance No . 715-Appendix A of -Clie City of
Brookings , South Dakota. , � _
Section 2 . The permitted use of the propertys'heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accord-
ance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No . '715-Appendix A , as
amended, and 196'7 SDCL-Chapter 11-4.
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances Yn conflict herewith
are repealed .
