- were not sufficient for the Armory Construction Fund.

Seetion 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinanc�s in �anfiict
herewith are hereby repealed. _ -
Section 4. An emergency is hereby declared and this ox�.inance
is declared to be f,or the support of the municipal governme�t a� �hi� .

and it shall be in full force and ef£ect after�� its passage �nd
publication. � _
