ORDINANCE N0 . 3"��
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA :
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings , County of Brookings , State of South Dakota, described
as follows , to-wit : lots 9, 10, and 1CA, block 3 , First Addition,
City of Brookings , South Dakota,
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from
Business B-3 Heavy to Residence R-3 Multiple Family and Apartment
district as said districts are more fully set fo�ti� and described
in Articles III, IV and V of Ordinance No . 715-Appendix A of the
City of Brookings , South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No . 715-Appendix
A , as amended , and 1967 SDCL-Chapter 11-1�.
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in csnflict herewith
are repealed.
