BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH .DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described
as follows, to-wit : Outlot 'TB" of the NW��W� Section 30-110-1�9,
City of Brookings , Brookings County, SouthDakota,
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from
Residential R-lA Single Family to Business B-2A Professional
Office as said districts are more fully set forth and described
in Articles III, IV and V of Ordinance No . 715-Appendix A of the
City of Brookings , South Dakota.
Section 2. The pe�mitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant�'�to said Ordiaance No. 715-Appendix
A , as amended, and 1967 SDCL-Chapter 11-1�.
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed.
