BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA :
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings , County of Brookings, Stat� of South Dakota, described
as follows , to-wit : all of the S2 of the NW� of Section 36-110-50
West of the 5th P.M. , Brookings County, South Dakota,
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from a
Residence R-lA Single Family to Residence R-1B Single Family, in
accordance with section 7$0 of Article VII of Appendix A-Zoning
of the Code of Ordinances of Brookings , South Dakota, in which
the lot area and yard requirements of an R�2 district will be
used, as said districts are more fully set forth and described
in Articles III and IV of Ordinance No . 715-Appendix A of the
City of Brookings , South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No . 715-Appendix
A of the City of Brookings , South Dakota.
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed.
