BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIT Y OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings , County of Brookings , State of South Dakota, described
as follows , to-wit : Block 3 , Fairfield 's Addition,
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from a
Residence R-lA Single Family to Residence R-3A Multiple Family
and Mobile Home, as said Districts are more fully set forth and
described in Articles III and IV of Ordinance No . 715-Appendix A
of the City of Brookings , South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No . 715-Appendix
A of the City of Brookings , South Dakota.
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in conflict here-
with are repealed.
First Reading : November 16, 1976
Second Reading: November 30, 1976
Passed and Approved: November 30, 1976

NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That at the regular meeting of the
Board of Commissioners of the City of Brookings , South Dakota,
to be held at 2 :00 o 'clock P.M. on Tuesday, November 30, 1976, in
the Commission Room in the Fire and Police Building in said
City, there will be brought up for consideration and adoption
with or without amendments or revision an Ordinance proposing
to amend the 1970 Revised Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Brookings , by re-zoning the property described as Lots 1, 2 , 3 ,
and 4, Block 3 , Mathew's and Scobey's Addition, from a class
R-3A Multiple Family and Mobile Home zone to Business B-3 Heavy
zone , at which time and place all persons interested will be
given a full, fair and complete hearing thereon.
Dated at Brookings , South Dakota, this T6th day of November,
