ORDINANCE N0 . 16-76
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA :
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings , Cou��y of Brookings , State of South Dakota, described
as follows , to-wit : Lots 1, 2, 3 , and �, Block 3 , Mathew's and
Scobey's Addition,
be and the same is hereby r��zoned and reclassified from
a Residence R-3A Multiple Family and Mobile Home, to a Business
B-3 Heavy, as said Districts are more fully set forth and described
in Articles III, IV and V of Ordinance 715-Appendix A of �he City
of Brookings , South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715-Appendix A ,
as amended, and 1967 SDCL-Chapter 11-�.
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed.

NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY �GIVEN That at the regular meeting of the
Board of Commissioners of the City of Brookings , South Dakota ,
to be held at 2 :00 o 'clock P.M. , on Tuesday, November 30, 1976,
in the Commission Room in the Fire and Police Building in said
City, there will be brought up for consideration and adoption
with or without amendments or revision an Ordinance proposing
to amend the 1970 Revised Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Brookings , by re-zoning the property described as Block 3 ,
Fairfield 's Addition, at which time and place all persons
interested will be given a full, fair and complete hearing
thereon.
