ORDINANCE N0 . � ��
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA :
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described
as follows , to-wit : Tract One (1) in the NE� Section 30, T 110N
R-�.9 west of the 5th P.M. , Brookings County, South Dakota,
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from a
Residence R-lA Single Family to Business B-3 Heavy as said districts
are more fully set forth and described in Articles III , IV, and
V of Ordinance No . 715-Appendix A of the City of Brookings, South
Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accord-
ance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No . 715-Appendix A , as
amended, and 1967 SDCL-Chapter 11-1�.
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed.
