ORDINANCE N0 . 7'��
BE IT ORDAINE.D BY TH� CITY OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA :
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings , County of Brookings, State of South Dakota, described
as follows , to-wit : Lot 2 of Outlot 2, excluding Lot H-1,
NE� Sec . 22, Twp 110N, R-50W, Brookings County, South Dakota,
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from a
Residence R-lA Single Family to Business B-3 Heavy as said dis-
tricts are more fully set forth and described in Articles III , IV,
and V of Ordinance No . �15-Appendix A of the City of Brookings ,
South Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accord-
ance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No . 715-Appendix A , as
amended, and 1967 SDCL-Chapter 11-�.
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed.
