BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH UAKOT�.:
Section l. That the real estate situated in the City .
of Brookings , County of Brookings, State of South Dakot.a,
described as follows , to-wit : S 66.66� of N 96.661 of S$$0' �
E 165 ' of SE�. of SE4 of Sec . 26-110-50, and the W 263 T of
N 152.66' of S $$0' of E 1�2$ ' of SE� of Sec . 26-110-50, also
N 301 of S ��0' of E 165t , also S 56' of N 152.66t of S $$Ot
of E 165 ' all in SE4 of SE�, of Sec . 26-110-50,
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and xeclassified from
a Residence R-1B Single Family to Residence R-3 Multiple Fg�ti:ly
and Apartment as said districts are more fully set for�ri:�#�d
described in Articles III and IV of Ordinance No . 715-A pperidix
A of the City of Brookings , South Dakota .
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No. 715-
Appendix A , as amended, and i967 SDCL-Chapter 11-1�.
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed.
