ORDINANCE N0. F-76
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA :
Section 1. That the real estate situated in the City
of Brookings , Gounty of Brookings, State of South Dakota , �
described as follows , to-wit : Lots 2 and 3 , Block l�, Meadow-`
wood Addition,
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from
a Residence R-2 Two-Family to Residence R-3 Multiple Family
and Apartment as said Districts are more fully set forth and
described in Articles III and IV of Ordinance 715-Appendix A
. of the City of Brookings , South Dakota.
Section 2 . The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in
accordance herewith pursuant to said Ordinance No . 715-
Appendix A , as amended , and 1967 SDCL-Chapter 11-4.
Section 3 . All sections and ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed .
First Reading: May 18 , 1976
Second Reading: June 1 , 1976
Passed and Approved : June 1 , 1976
