ORDINANCE N0 . 1_'76
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH DAKOTA :
Section l. That the real estate situated in the City of
Brookings , County of Brookings , State of South Dakota , described
as follows , to-wit : all that portion of Lot one (1) in the NE�
Section 19 Twp 110N of Range 49 West of the 5th P.M. situated
within the City of Brookings , Brookings County, South Dakota ,
be and the same is hereby re-zoned and reclassified from
a Business B-/� Highway to a Business B-3 Heavy as said districts
are more fully set forth and described in Articles III and V of
Ordinance No . 715-Appendix A of the City of Brookings , South
Dakota.
Section 2. The permitted use of the property heretofore
described be and the same is hereby altered and changed in accord-
ance herewith pursuant to �aid Ordinance No . '715-Appendix A , as
amended , and 1967 SDCL-Chapter 11-�..
' Section 3 . Al1 sections and ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed .
