BE IT ORDAIi1ED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA: `�
Section 1 . ��h.ereas , by the Annual Angropriation, for t�ii� f
year 1980, Qrdinance No. 12-79 appropriating revenue fo"r ; the `:,:
operation of the municipal government for the .year 198b, " suff�-
cient revenue was not provided to enable the rnunicipali�y to
conduct the indispensable functions of �overnm�nt of said City
in that appropriations were not sufficient for the Engineerin� '
Traffic Study. Ti��s �aill be 100Q/o funded by H.lg�,,���,� �gafety

Section 2 . There is hereby approvriated=-��or ,tl� purpose
of maintaining and operating the City of Broakings. an additional
