. I . That- Article XV of the Revised Ordinances of t'he �City pf
� Broolcings be amended by adding a new Section as follot��;
to-wit: . . . �
� Section 34-27Q. It shall be unlawfu� for the driv�er :
or owner :of any mo.tor vehicie, trailer or. implem�n� to �.,
park or leave standing or permit to be parked or �eft
standing any motor vehicle, trailer, or implement on `
any stxeet, avenue or alley in the City ,Qf Brookings,
except the streets mentioned in Section 34-267, whe� a . .
state of emergency has been declared in the C�ty.

of emergency in the City of Brookings and to prohibit
- � parking on a�E streets or avenues otherwise regulated �
herein for a period of seventy-two (72) hours or nntii a
particular street or avenue has been cleaned from �curb to
� curb. Notice of said declared emergency shall be �iven `
to the public by means of' radio broadcast. . ` ' `'�-
