BE IT ORDAINED BY TFiE GOVERNING BODY OF TI�E CI'1�Y OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAgOTA:
That Sections 433.1c and 442.1c of the Brookings Zoning
Ordinance, 1966, as amended, be and the same are hereby amended
as follows, to-wit:
I . Section 433.1. Lot area and width:
c. Multiple-family dwellings in excess of
four (4) units, fraternities an.d sororities shall
have a minimum of one hundred (100) feet of building •
line frontage and sixteen thousand 16 000 s uare .

square feet of open space shall be provided for each
dwelling unit exclusive of other area requirements,

an.d townhouses: A maximum. of twenty-four (24) dwelling
