BE IT ORDAINED BY THE �ITY OF BROOKINGS , SOUTH D�ICOTA:

Section 1 . Whereas , by the Annual Appropriation for the
year 1980 , Ordinance No.' 12-79 appropriating revenue for. ths
operation of the municipal government for the year 198U , suffi-
cient revenue was not provided to enable the municipalit� .to
conduct the indispensable functions o�:government of said Ci�y
in that appropriations were not s�rffic�ient for the Co�munity ' .
