AN ORDINANCE AMENDING 5ECTION 200 �F THFi BROOK�NGS ZONING
ORDINANCE OF 1966 AS AMENDED PERTAINING TO CONDOMINIUMS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF. THE CITY OF BROOKZNGS,
SOUTH DAKOTA:
I . That Section 200 of the Brookings Zoning Ordinanc� of 1965 as
amended be and the same is hereby amended to include the fol-
lowing, to-wit:
.161 Condominium. An estate in real property consisting
of an undivided interest in portions o£. a parcel of
real property together with a separate interest in
space in a residential, industrial or commercial
building on such real property, such as, but not
restricted to, an apartment, offic.e or store. A
condominium may include in addition a separate in-
terest in other portions of real property. Such
estate may, with respect to the duration of its en-
joyment, be either an estate of in�eritance or per-
petual estate, an estate for li�.e; 'o�r,,. an estate for
